Hi Miles! As always thank you for the extremely valuable information! Now I shall do my videos and implement the strategies you have taught here. This requires several watches and some note taking! You didn't put the tube buddy url in your caption section so kindly allow me: https://www.tubebuddy.com/

I'm checking it out right now, and adding as a plugin in my Chrome browser. Thanks again Miles!

This is amazing, Miles! Thanks so much for sharing such great content! I've just recently started YT and I can see what a lousy job I've done thus far. My question would be if it's possible to go in and redo some of the info in the videos, including changing the video file names? TIA! You're an incredible instructor!

This YouTube SEO video is by far the best YouTube SEO training video I've seen sofar! Miles Beckler is the YouTube SEO GOD! Only discovered you about a week ago, but you are the most easy to follow, and the way you explain things is right on point, I'm just getting into YouTube SEO, and it's been an awesome learning experience, I have a quick question regarding YouTube SEO, when you're adding tags, is it best to separate the keywords with a dash (-) or a comma (,)?
Thanks again for making this YouTube SEO video sir! You're my new favorite online mentor.

Miles you're the Bomb 💥This is dynamite!
I noticed that the first line of your description is a variation on the title instead of an exact match.
Does that tally with what you say in your video about creating Real person to real person SEO sentences in your description?

Question for you Miles – you said about leaving external links looking unfavorably which totally makes sense. But I have a crapload of youtube links to my OTHER youtube videos as ANNOTATIONS on my videos. Does that help me at all? In my description, I have my affiliate links in case people want to use the programs I am using and recommending for my how-to videos…

Now I am coming back, and there are not free tools to track SERPs GASP… Im going to check out KWfinder on your reco and am curious what you use for your SERP reports to see whats working and not. also, anything youtube specific you would reco for ranking results etc? is it "track a video on the google serps" or is it "use something fancy to track youtube serps for my video" Again… you're awesome. Heyo Miles, thanks for the tips, appreciate it! Really interesting about naming the photos and file name(s). I wasn't sure if the file name thing was still true.

Had a few questions if you have the time to respond:

I've read and saw other videos recently that have said certain keywords don't have to be in a certain order for the title (i.e. at the beginning or at the end = same results). Do you know if that's correct?

I seem to do really well with SEO on Google due to my descriptions (hell yes 5,000 character max haha), but on YouTube, I struggle to rank my videos high at all (due to so many players…pun intended (gaming channel)). Recently I've been getting views from "Browse" but YouTube doesn't say what that is….is that just my video randomly being shown when someone logs in?

Great content. It sounds like this will take quite a bit of time for each video when you include the keyword research, creating the thumbnail and the description. The time involved is putting me off a bit. Can you tell me how long it takes you all in all to produce 1 video from start to finish? Cheers.

Psssssstttt… Miles (i'm whispering lol). The hat is now over the fence. Eeeeeeeeeeek. I can't even believe it's happening. Thank you so so so much for all your wisdom and help and responding to my questions. I pre-recorded my videos to help me get a bit ahead and I can already see a difference in how far I've come. Hopefully, my vids aren't "Cringey" (my teenagers term)….but it's happening. I did a channel trailer to start…may have been backwards but whatever lol 🙂 Now I'm gunning for it.

To others who are reading this…I simply just used my Iphone 5s to record and used natural lighting. I ordered the microphone through Mile's link (thanks Miles!) …it's awesome….and I mapped out some topics and away I went. I edited in iMovie and did a few things in Videorama. Pretty much that's the gist of it …all on my phone. Cross your fingers and put on your seatbelt…cause we're going for a ride!!

So, the videos are 1hr30-50min long, and the titles of the video are simple the name of the message and the name of our church. Im not sure where to start as far as getting us to rank on youtube with the content that we have. Thank you for your response!

Awesome training Miles. I'm a big fan. Question? I upload beats that I make & sale on one channel. I upload YouTube intros that I make and sell on another channel. These kind of videos don't require the spoken word. This will more than likely effect the SEO of my videos negatively since I won't be able to utter my keywords. Any suggestions? Also If I have a channel(1.5 years old) with loads of videos that get virtually zero views, I know I can go back and change everything according to your valuable advice , but I can't change the video and add the keywords. I was thinking about deleting the channel and starting fresh. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Great insights in this per usual. Does youtube punish you for duplicate content issues if you – for example – make one big travel road trip video that incorporates some of the same clips that you uploaded for individual stops along the way? Ex: Seattle to LA road trip video has different background music but has some of the same video clips that you uploaded in separate video for a stop in Redding, CA.

Do i catagorized the H1's through H4's KD, apply in order, and then just keep writing to 3k words for SEO content optimization? Or do you have a specific vid that can explain this in more depth.?
