Your videos always come at the right time. Thanks as always for the great advice. My channel is new. I listened to a subscriber about a topic they wanted me to touch on, and made a video regarding that topic. That video performed better than any of my other videos in the first 48 hours. Looking forward to getting more subscribers. 😊

Hi Sean! Another informative video. Thank you! What suggestions do you have for a creator of children's content on YouTube now with the COPPA guidelines in place? Could you do a video about this? I'm new to the platform and want to know how to proceed with these changes. Thank you for all you do😊 Rozelle

I really appreciate all of your fantastic content. I'm just starting out and my growth has been much slower than I had hoped but in the last few weeks it seems like I may be building a little momentum. With the help of your insightful content I hope to grow much "further and faster" in the coming months. Keep crushing it Sean!!

I've noticed that my views count is consistent at the last period of time, but I believe that it's because the Title wasn't probably that good compared to the Thumbnail. I'm still in searching mode and trying different things, types and features, in order to make more people interested to my content

OK there are some rules(keywords, title bla bla bla) but you can never be sure or predict anything about ranking. If the formula was this simple we would all have known it. This is why all Youtube gurus cant give a specific answer. There is something beautiful in this uncertainty though. I can only suggest you to create something you love. Love the process. And keep creating💚

#QOTD: Since I just started making stuff for this channel, the main bulk of my views have come from my other channels' subs who are curious about my new project. But while I've gotten a lot of views from it, it has killed my watch time because people only watch for a few seconds and bounce. I don't see that as a sign I'm making bad content, but rather, content that's not for them. So I'll just keep at it and generate a new audience on my own!

I just started so I haven’t noticed an overall trend yet. What I have discovered is YouTube, when logged in to MY account will almost always show one of my videos to me if I search for it by keyword in the top 5 slots.

But, if I type in the exact same keywords on a clean account, where history has been deleted etc., it does not show my video in the search results.

Unrelated: I listened to your podcast with Tim from video creators, and as you talked about your wife and her illness, I immediately recognized the symptoms! My husband has it too and it took FOUR years to get him correctly diagnosed! I’m so sorry she has this, I know how horrible it can be!

I primarily do product reviews on a variety of out-of-doors items. I take one for the team so you don't have to. My subscriber count continues to grow, but my current views are very low and oddly enough it's my older videos that are trending better. It may be time to go back to content closer to my earlier endeavors. Maybe a follow up on a previous topic to share how things are 3-5 years later perhaps? I.e. and tabletop review that is doing well now that is 3 years old, perhaps a follow-up to see how that product is doing now or what is a newer update to that product. This is tough. I just want to create and play with stuff on camera, not try to figure out what the algorithm wants. That part of the "job" makes it all too overwhelming and I find I'm less genuine on camera about what I do because all the energy it put into "what" and not just "doing". Very tired.

Thank you for this video!! I appreciate the wisdom as always. I haven’t posted a video on YouTube in a couple months. I’ve been doing extensive research for my book and courses. Getting ready to try another angle on my channel. The making of a motivational speaker. Still uplifting and positive material people can apply, while taking the journey with me of becoming a motivational speaker.

In The Niche That My Channel sits in it's very hard to stay on what's trending because of Much larger channels out there getting that first hand on what ever's new out there in the Tech world, and that's what my channel is all about what's new in Tech and although It's not huge like iJustine, or Dave Lee, or Jonathan Morris, I try to focus on More the Day to Day struggle of just Tech for most people who just can't figure out something or tutorials. Even when I look at the Analytics of these topics it doesn't seem to be a trending one even though I know there's people out there whom need these types of Videos, it's just having to perfect my Thumbnails and titles in a way that is effective but still get the views. I love Tech and talking about it and showing some cool stuff and when it comes to people starting youtube I always have them Go to Your Channel for Tip's and Advice because you guys are AMAZING at this. It was because of One of your video's I saw I bought my Current Camera and you didn't even talk about it, i just saw it on a Tripod. So it's a Struggle yes, trending topics are a bit harder for me personally yes…but At least I know what they are and can focus on that's being said in my Niche and what's not being said and focus on the not being said to grew as well.
