ten times the value, in value, for any customer of my high
price product or service? How can I provide five

that would just amaze them. What can I do that will
absolutely amaze them? Another good question to ask is this, how can I get my customers the end results they want on a silver platter? How can I get my customers the end result they want on a silver platter? Nowadays, because of what’s
happening with the internet, technology, people are
getting lazier and lazier. And people want, say how
many of you have heard of the saying, don’t
teach a man how to fish, no no no, if you te- what is it? – [Man] If you give a man a… – No no, so yeah, don’t give a man a fish but you wanna teach
him how to fish, right? Okay, but nowadays the problem is that people don’t want to
learn how to fucking fish. (laughter) They want the fish cooked and served to them on a silver platter. And the more you can do that,
the more you can charge. So instead of teaching them what to do you can charge this much… Okay, this is important. This is important. DIY. You give them something. Do it yourself. You could charge this much, okay? Here’s something, here’s how
it works, good luck, right? Now this is do it with
them, do it with them. Do it alongside with them and you can charge a little bit more. Done for you, you can charge
the most amount of money. So let me give you an example, it’s like, Earl’s a CEO right? So, example with DIY, let me teach you how to do search engine optimization. Let me teach you how to do social media. I could charge you this much. Well let me walk you
through the step by steps and set up the campaigns
alongside with you and your Facebook and everything, all your website optimize
it, you can charge more. Because it’s closer to the result. Don’t lift, you don’t
need to lift a finger. Everything is done for you. I’ll take care of everything. I’ll set everything up,
I’ll optimize everything. You just get a result. You can charge the most,
does that make sense? So, do it yourself, done
with them, done for you. Done for you, so, the question to ask. A good question, how can I do it for them? How can I do it for them? Cause people now, inherently,
most of us we’re lazy. We’re lazy, we’re willing to pay the price if, well you know what, you

    I totally agree on this. One thing I have noticed in the last 5 years is that people pay for convenience. I always see those ads on Facebook where they send you 3 meals in a box 3-5 days a week with all ingredients inside. All you have to do is cook, and in some cases the meal is already done! The "convenience of readily cooked meals, ha!

    People are lazy, the only thing they care about is the end result.

    My biggest takeaway is that if I "cook fish" for people I can charge more than I would for "teaching them to fish."
