Welcome to our fitness center. This posture makes the end of one set. All of a sudden, I forgot how many sets I have done. Frankly speaking, we don’t work out altogether like this often. It’s amazing that we’re working out with staff. But I didn’t force them to. It feels as if I worked out more while trying to teach how to exercise. It’s called cheating day, isn’t it? You have to find joy of working out. You should work out for two days and take a break for one day. And then, you work out for three days and take a break for one day. Later, you will work out for a month and take a break for one day.
