DAN: So I think that PPC. Which basically
pay-per-click and Google Ads is is really important actually to capture
prospective clients, patients, who are a bit further down the sales funnel. DEE: Definitely, I’d
say so with social media, you’re kind of going out there and you’re trying to target these people. DAN: That’s right.
DEE: Whereas these people searching in Google Ads
they already know that they’re looking for, a service, or an x-ray, a filling,
teeth-whitening, stuff like that. DAN: With PPC advertising, it
really is about direct marketing. It’s all about ROI, It’s all about a return
on investment, it’s about how much bang can I get for my buck? fundamentally. So, you build a plan,
in order to target those consumers who you feel confident are going to convert.
It’s not about driving traffic it’s actually about driving focussed traffic, but
the point is, you don’t always look to do it independently you’d look to do it
alongside a social media strategy, alongside an SEO strategy, it’s all about
a digital marketing mix and those aspects complement one another.
