I’m Rick Steinau. I’m in Cincinnati Ohio. The company is Ace Exterminating. It’s a family-owned business. It has been in the family since 1949. Ace Exterminating is one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest independent companies. There are some 71 pest control companies in the Greater Cincinnati area, and we are ranked well up there in the top five. As soon as digital marketing became a thing, I got my toe in the water. First I tried it myself, and it was very, very difficult to keep up. So, I had to really make that determination: am I in the pest control business or am I in the digital marketing business? And that was a pretty easy decision. At first I went strictly with an SEO company, and it wasn’t until much later that I realized that I was missing out on a lot of important things. I was out there sort of looking around for a company and happened upon RevLocal. They weren’t the only company that I called, but it seemed like all the other companies didn’t have the package that I was looking for that I found at RevLocal. I’m in a business that’s all about response. Customer responsiveness, that’s what makes our business. And it’s not a company that has forced me to go down just their lane. It’s a company that has allowed me to tweak things that make me feel more comfortable. That is a huge benefit for me. I can call my strategist and we work through issues. One person. One stop. One phone call, and that is really, really important to me.
