Dan. Your content is amazing. I have taken page after page of notes. I'll tell you what I'm going to do: I'm going to implement your advice and then I'll let you know what results you have helped me acquire. I'm not like the other punks out there. My copywriting skills are dangerous, and I'm not a virgin, either. Truth be told, however, I do want a few more notches on my belt. I'll be in touch! -Anton

Client Acquisition System (CAS). This is the key element I need to launch my business, to implement the sales funnel . This is the business model I intended to do from day one. To utilize a CAS as the method of lead generation and get prospects on the phone. Then, hire myself to put my HTC closing skills into practice. Everyone keeps telling me this won't work, to go the traditional way of networking events and other methods. Glad to see that Dan agrees with me. Would like to do a JV with someone like WebFriendly to implement the CAS funnel and finance the business launch. Thanks Dan, great content.

Bosses know…When it takes your time, charge for it. Don't be a chickenshit and tip toe around the money. It is your time they want if it costs them $1000 for your time, splatter it across a billboard. You differentiate wannabes from those that are when you know how to demand money for your time, your advice, your help. Dan you are a boss and I watch all I can. Keep doing Boss Shit!

This is great Dan. As a artist I struggle to price my work ( which takes up to two months of my time to complete ), I always end up really under selling myself. I guess I just don’t know how much my time is worth. I don’t want to lose the business by over pricing but on the other hand I want to make a career out of it!
I will take your approach to my next client.

This is some crazy content here. My favorite piece of advice that I took from this is to start implementing these strategies TODAY. My inner-demons have been a bit skeptical but you're just so confident with that answer that you've got me believing that it works! I'm super stoked to be in the HTC program and can't wait to see what else you've got for us later this week.

I have been following you for months now but I am not able to connect your leap from having copywriting skills to charging your first client. Did you work for Alan and got a high income skill and then started your own copywriting? So when you started your copywriting business, you had the confidence and skill you can deliver results however delayed it because it is better to position yourself as "low supply, high demand". Did I get that right? Thanks.

He has labelled the Supply and Demand curves wrongly – they are the opposite to what he shows. What he depicts as a Demand Curve is in fact a Supply Curve – Also NOTE: increases in Demand are a serious of Demand Curves moving out to the right hand side of a Price diagram – showing a larger quantity being wanted by Customers at any given price, a movement along the demand curve upwards is an Extension in Demand – there is no shift in Demand at all – Send him back to School!

Dan- how does one fake it till they become it? I know that once that repetition takes over and it becomes a habit, then everything goes on clockwork- making money, exercising, routine, results. The greatest battle, however is overcoming that mental barrier if you dont have that burning obsession like the high achievers have. To keep drilling till you strike the oil requires that daily commitment, daily repetition. Emotion fuels it. Enthusiasm is essential. This is where the tortoise beats the hare. Bcos it was consistent not because it was better. Its hunger that makes one person drop down and do that push up you talked about while the other person feels so much lethargy. "I'm a runner so I run" how does one develop a mindset that becomes a habit???. Does the lazy hare have to have a significant life event happen to it before before it zones in and starts running? Why is the passion and fire and absolute hunger in some and not others??? and how does one develop it?? I guess that's my question of questions because that cannot be read in a book or watched in a video.

This approach makes sense and it is practical. The reason you need to get your skin in the game is that it does build credibility. I appreciate this model and I have implemented these strategies show that it does work indeed. So Dan how do you give persons more reasons other than making the money to do the work and stop complaining about the reason to start the work to get going on their entrepreneurial journey? Because a lot of persons have the poor person mentality, and would rather think your crazy than start this journey.

System, not manual labor. Anything that doesn't involve my time is free. Book, posts, videos. If it takes my time, then I charge. I only do terms of agreement, no proposals. Talk about money upfront. "I want to get the money out of the way, so we can focus on what's important".
